Includes 3 (30-45 minute) zoom sessions, a handbook outlining how to get started with BLW safely, a 100 first foods list including serving suggestions and a weekly feeding framework to follow, and unlimited email communication if you have any questions. When booking, the date you choose will be for the initial virtual session and the rest will be scheduled at that time.
